Q. Where are the guitars made?
A. All products are made by skilled craftsmen in Japan.

Q. Can I customize my guitar?
A. Yes, depending on the specifications, we can accommodate your request. Please contact us first.

Q. Can I try out the instrument?
A. Currently we only sell online, but we are considering holding test play events in the future.

■ About orders and payments

Q. What payment methods can I use?
A. We accept various credit cards (VISA, Master, AMEX), PayPal, etc.

Q. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
A. For custom orders, you can cancel within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, we will begin preparation for production, so as a rule, we cannot accept cancellations. For in-stock items, please refer to the description and refund policy based on the Specified Commercial Transactions Act .

■ About delivery and international shipping

Q. Can I ship overseas?
A. Yes, we can ship your order via EMS (Express Mail Service). Customs duties, VAT, etc. will be borne by the customer.

Q. How much is domestic shipping?
A. If you purchase an item worth 10,000 yen or more, it is free. For other items, it depends on the size, so please check the purchase page. Generally, it is free because most items are expensive.

Q.Is there a warranty?
A. Yes, the product comes with a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. This covers initial defects and malfunctions that occur during normal use.

Q. Can I request a repair?
A. Yes, we accept repairs, both free and paid. Please contact us using the inquiry form first.

Q. Do you have a physical store?
A. Currently, we only sell online, but we are planning to hold exhibition and test-play events in the future. Test-plays are also available in Japan. Please contact us individually.
